How Political Bias Damages Therapy: An Overview of OTI (CE Credits)
This course will explore how sociopolitical values impact training, research, and clinical practice. Talks will also discuss ways clinicians can work more effectively with patients who have diverse viewpoints, especially those that are often overlooked by the field. Extensive examples will be provided, as well as conceptual tools to understand how bias impacts even well-meaning therapists.
